General

Retro Ride Hub strives to ensure a superior custom decal experience for you and your ride. Our commitment to you as our customer is to provide you with high quality, durable and matching templates to fit your desired measurements. Retro Ride Hub can therefore only fulfill this requirement subject to exact measurements, you, the customer provide to Retro Ride Hub at the checkout phase.

 

Retro Ride Hub will not be held liable for return, exchange or refund of incorrectly sized measurements provided by the customer as part of the purchasing process at checkout. We ask that ALL customers measure twice, confirm once prior to finalizing their order at checkout to ensure the sizing of your decals are to your specific requirements.

 

Defected products

If the product arrives in a defected manner, we instruct the customer to contact Retro Ride Hub immediately via email (sales@retroridehub.com) and conduct the following steps:

1. outline the issue, and
2. attach confirmation pictures illustrating the issue.

Retro Ride Hub will then, at its discretion, consider a possible reissue of your decal(s).

 

Incorrect to order

If the goods arrive incorrect to specifications in your order, in line with our FAQs page and the issue specific to your circumstances, we instruct the customer to contact Retro Ride Hub immediately via email and conduct the appropriate steps outlined.

Shipping of goods will occur within 7 working days of ordering (to allow for merchant payment clearance with Stripe).

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and timeframes are subject to the despatch times by global vendors used.

 

Retro Ride Hub cannot guarantee arrival timing of goods however, tracking details will be provided (wherever available) once despatched.
