​We're cycling enthusiasts at heart who love the social aspect of cycling. Recently sitting down at our local cafe to enjoy our post cycle coffee and take in the pleasure of our bike's aesthetics, we realised that not all bikes are made equal (at least visually). Despite outlaying quiet a sum of money on our new pride and joy's, we both felt a little deflated in the face of some stunning equipment parked up against our own. It was clear that some bike brands stood out more than other's and some did a better job at advertising their brand. What's more, looking for solutions revealed little in the way of high quality substitute decals to help create a bespoke look or give us the option to change our design whenever it suited. We knew it didn't need to be this way. We knew that buying a bike didn't mean the end to the look you could achieve whilst owning it. That's when caffeine assisted to provide the initial inspiration boost needed to create Retro Ride Hub.

Now living overseas, the problem seems even more pronounced. The Non-English speaking riding community suffer from even less access to options than some other countries. In any case, ironically it seems, the available options are poor quality, non-bespoke, inaccurately sized decals. Nothing really existed suitable for our large cycling community and so we decided to take on the challenge of partnering with some global brands to produce commercial grade polymers using technology from the automotive industry.

With this inspiration in mind our values and aims are simple - give our global riding community freedom to design their ideal ride allowing them to share that inspiration with others in our online socials. After all, we invest enough on our gear already so we might as well maximize its potential and ultimately make it fun to ride and great to look at. Compliments are a bonus!
